Whether you ordered the wrong fixture or changed your mind on a finish, we are here to ensure your renovation project stays on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Squares Hardware account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused hardware in its original box, ensuring all screws, brackets, and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
